Hello friends! I’m delighted to share that I’ll be teaching “Small Acts of Boldness: Colourful Mini Landscapes” as part of this year’s Summer Creative Retreat hosted by The Pigeon Letters It’s LIVE, completely free to join and is part of a creative retreat that runs for 6 days with over 50 workshops!
- Workshop: Small Acts of Boldness: Colourful Mini Landscapes
- Date/time: Monday 2nd August 2026, 4 – 5pm BST (British Summer Time)
- We’ll make: 4 colourful, bold, miniature landscapes
- You’ll need:
- Paper,
- A black marker (I’m using a Posca paint pen),
- Whatever quick drying colourful supplies you like (I’ll be using Paint Sticks)
This session is designed to be approachable and complete in one sitting, so you can follow along live and leave with something finished, plus ideas for how to keep going afterward.

It’s my fourth year in a row teaching at this joyful online retreat, and I’m really honoured to be returning. The Summer Creative Retreat brings together a global community of artists, crafters, and curious creatives for a weekend of hands-on workshops, all designed to help you reconnect with your creativity. Whether you’re brand new to landscapes or just love making tiny art, this class is a gentle and welcoming place to play.
You’ll come away with four mini landscapes and a simple structure you can repeat again and again with your own creative twist.
My session is part of day 3, “colour obsessed”. More details – including the full line-up and how to register – can be found here. So, mark your calendar and get ready to make some magic with me next month!
